In recent years with the advances in scientific research there has been a lot more research undertaken in to these herbal remedies and other natural cures. From this research scientists are learning a lot more about these ancient remedies and learning more and more about the potential that these hold.

One such remedy that is being researched is Green teas, these are of particular interest to us as they are easy to take etc.. On there own it is not proven either way whether they will help you lose weight. But as part of a diet plan regular green tea consumption can and does have a beneficial impact on our bodies and weight loss in general.

Many celebrities have said that they take green teas on a regular basis they also say that it has helped them lose weight and keep healthy. Also there are many people form different walks of life who are associating weight loss with the use of green tea base supplements, not just weight loss but a greater feeling of well being and felling healthier.
