Is Nature Cleanse a Scam?
Nature Cleanse is a colon cleansing supplement that promises fantastic results among those who try it. But with such great results, many often wonder if it could just be some scam.
We tried it out for ourselves because we wanted to find out for our readers if Nature Cleanse was just a scam or if it actually delivered real results.

2010 Effective Colon Cleanser
Do I need to change my eating habits for this product to work>? Today is my first day taking them.
What are the ingredients?
Does it matter what timeof day you take the product? Is it suppose to be taken with a certain amount of water? The only instructions I got were on the bottle, and they just said how much to take and how often.
This stuff is great! I’ve lost 34 pounds so far while using Nature Cleanse
I took my first dose last night and had a movement the very next morning. I feel naturally thirsty and want to drink more water which seems to assist with the cleansing process. I also feel less hungry, but without any negative side effects. So far so good. I feel great! I highly recommend this product.
Is there a certain time of day this should be taken? Should it be taken with food or not? Should it be taken with water and how much? Does the use of alcohol have anything to do with it’s effectiveness?

Can Nature Cleanse be taken while taking Penicillin?
i read somewhere that one should not take cascara sagrada for more than 7 days at a time, i had been taking the capsules for a week now, and had up to 5 bowel movements a day, which was great, but now am concerned about the warning for the 7 days, can you advise and clarify, or give me some medical info that will assist me, by the way, i lost about 3 pounds so far this last week, didnt change my eating habits, take the 2 caps in the morning, a few days loose stools, but other than that, a lot of waste came out and i did feel good. thank you, diane baker
