There is a old saying “nature always finds a way” and how true this is. We tend to look to science for answers to so many of our problems and issues that we have come to not rely on nature as much as we should. Yes science has bought us many technologies and treatments for illness’s but sometimes I think we forget or don’t want to see what is in front of us that nature provides.

Nature provides us with many aids to help us and in some areas of the world they do not suffer with half as many health issues that we do in the West. Partly due to the way we eat and what we eat as well as not having a active lifestyle with high stress environments.

No we are not saying that we should give up everything that we in the West have but we should sometimes take a look at what others are doing and make a priority of taking more care of ourselves.

The Acai berry is a excellent example of this giving us the ability to improve our well being in many different ways mainly due to it’s nutritional make up and high nutritional values.
