There is a new trend of using aloe vera juice as a dietary aid for weight loss. Taken internally, aloe vera has been cited as a detoxifying tonic. A healthy weight loss diet is suggested including 6-8 glasses of water. Add to this the consumption of 2oz. concentrated pure aloe vera juice available from any health food store or online. Some brands are mixed with more palatable fruit juices as aloe vera is bitter. Drink the aloe vera before each meal. Do not exceed 6-8 oz per day as diarrhea may result.
